I am setting, implementing, forecasting and objectives for achieving the targets effectively and efficiently by managing trade marketing budgets allocated for the channels, including special contracts budgets for key customers.
I am responsible for increasing penetration and reach within the channels of distribution, and improving customer service via improving logistics, solving problems. I identify customer specific category/brand opportunities and build plans and strategies to exploit them and drive growth.
Coach for managing & evaluating the process of identifying key competitors; assessing their objectives, strategies, strengths and weakness, and reaction patterns; and selecting which competitors to attack or avoid for achieving objectives of company.
Essential responsibilities as below:
•Set (Go to Market) strategies for all sales channels through market and competitors situation analysis and any other required and critical analysis to reach all sales channels effectively, efficiently and cost effective.
•Evaluate sales structure periodically in cooperation with Upper Management and Human Resources for
reaching to the best structure to achieve the Sales strategies by hiring the needed calibers and developing
who needs improvement.
•Set Annual Sales Plan in accordance with the Upper Management to achieve the targeted growth rate and market share for the company.
•Follow up and analysis sales force achievements and set suitable plans/support and showing improvement
opportunities to avoid any deviation in Sales targets.
•Make field follow up and visits to the various clients Sales channels to stabilize the relationship with them and getting improvement points directly.
• Set Sales sector budget which includes expenses and the needed investments to achieve the targeted Sales plan.
•Cooperate with marketing department in launching new products, re-launching and monthly offers to guarantee achieving the targeted Sales volume and market shares and price policies, promotion, distribution and reaching with the targeted markets.
• Establish Trade Marketing department to support the Sales sector in analysis annual offers, analysis competitors activities, design the detailed programs for all of Saudi market and every area separately, make offers fit the
Sales channels, improve the Sales channels and launching new products.
•Display opinions and notes about all supported departments, productions /suppliers policies and storage in the company and analysis the effect of these policies in Sales sector.
• Commit with the execution all work policies and procedures within the company to guarantee the harmony of Sales sector performance with company system.
•Set Sales sector reporting system to follow the performance and showing improvement opportunities for the sector results.
•Leading, negotiating, and finalizing “Key Accounts” agreements, including displays, discounts, deals, promotions, and rebates ….etc.
•Make monthly report to the Upper Management about the month’s results and comparing results versus targets and the reasons which leaded to these results and putting procedures solve it.
