I have been involved with list of projects with KJO as project manager on different phases FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup and close out. List of the projects as the following:

Project Engineer at Ma’aden Aluminum Company, Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia (Apr 2013 - Present)
Responsibilities:
• Part of the Smelter Operations’ Engineering & Reliability team.
• Contribute to the development of work procedures.
• Provide technical review and financial evaluation of capital project requests (Operations & Maintenance).
• Work jointly with Central Engineering and Maintenance to develop the project phasing and gating system.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate tracking of the completion of capital projects.
Project Engineer at McDermott International Company, Dubai, UAE. (July 2012 - Apr 2013)
Project: Hout (KRL) Offshore Gas Facilities Project, KJO (USD 106 MM)
Scope of work:
Associated gas from the offshore Hout Crude Handling Facilities is currently flared offshore. The new Hout (KRL) Associated Gas Facilities are required to capture this sour gas at the offshore gathering station and forward it to an onshore gas plant (by others) for treatment to achieve sales gas quality. The new facilities will be designed for a production rate of 48 MMSCFD.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Coordinate and review of all inputs and changes to the project plan, scope of work, drawings and specifications. Log and evaluate impact of all changes in the Desk Top Change Management System \[DTCMS\].
• Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly report of the status of each activity.
• Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. Monitor their approvals with client.
• Attend the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and prepare the minutes of meetings.
• Review the project plan along with the project planner/production engineers and prepare subcontract packages for any job which requires outsourcing.
• Review and update of any scope of work documents produced by the respective functional departments and identify changes and assist in preparation of change orders.
• Coordinate and ensure that engineering and associated drafting work is carried out by the respective operational personnel in accordance with the specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate with the project quality manager to ensure that the work is being performed per the QC plans.
• Coordinate with the project procurement manager/coordinator to ensure that the materials are delivered per the schedule by resolving technical queries as required.
• Ensure that lessons learned are implemented by the project engineers, field engineers and production engineers and that lessons learned on the project are documented in the data base.
• Adhere to Company Safety standards and promote safety culture among the ranks across the company.

- Prepare specifications and datasheets for pumps, vessels and tanks and package.
-Develop procurement deliverables for package/equipment.
-Review supplier data for package/equipment.
-Attend pre-award, post-award, pre-inspection, etc.., meeting for assigned package/equipment, as required.
-Provide inputs from supplier data to update P&IDs to process engineering /piping drafting.
-Update equipment list for assigned package/equipment based on supplier data.
-Provide input to electrical engineering update electrical load list based on supplier data.
- Provide input to structural engineering update equipment weight summary for assigned package/ equipment based on supplier data.
-Coordinate with specialist supplier for noise study.
-Review other disciplines documents.
-Review layout produced by piping drafting for (material handling study).
-Prepare consolidated lubrication schedule, spare part list and special tools list.
-Coordinate with other disciplines/ suppliers for all assigned package/equipment.
-Attend factory acceptance tests for corrosion inhibiter package.
Production Engineer at McDermott International Company, Dubai, UAE. (Jul 2011 - Jan 2012)
Project : Upgrade Of Crude Gathering and Power Supply Facilities - Phase 1, Safaniya Field - Saudi Aramco (USD 870 MM)
Scope of work:
The Safaniya Field is located offshore in the Arabian Gulf and the scope of work of this project involves new facilities and modifications to certain existing facilities within the Safaniya area and also onshore at the Safaniya Onshore plant GOSP-1.
Responsibilities:
• Reviews project scope of work, schedules, and specification. Understands the requirements and deliverables.
• Directs the discipline production team of drafting, material control and co-ordinate requirements for construction engineering and technical support.
• Reviews constructability, plans material issues and ensure drafting and NC deliverables are in place before fabrication commences.
• Solves problems and initiates site queries to ensure fabrication productivity.
• Coordinates material issue, reports fabrication progress and issues notices for critical actions.
• Reviews scope changes, additional works or reworks and initiates revision orders / change orders.
• Follows company safety plans and procedure.
• At project commencement, reviews the fabrication schedule and suggests corrections to the planning team.
• Reviews drawing for constructability and identifies any special items / subcontract requirements.
• Reviews daily material reports. Ensure and raises problems on material delivery.
• Reviews the material requisitions prior to order. Checks grade, plate sizing assumptions.
• Provides field guidance and ensure compliance with company specification.
• Attends production meeting and reports concerns.
• Monitors scope changes and issues revision orders.
• Reports weekly fabrication progress and mentors production man-hours and productivity.
• Coordinates with construction engineer to ensure procedures are issued timely / all parties understand any change.
• Coordinates any vendor scope.
• Reviews as-built drawing.
