Job Description
• Ensure introducing "Superior Quality Service" and solving customers' problems immediately.
• Maintain strong relationship with the branch's customers.
• Setting marketing plans and marketing of bank products, which will help in achieving the branch’s target.
• Explain any new products to the staff and customers.
• Marketing the bank products to "Walk in" customers, beneficiaries and others.
• Maintain the required level of control for the branch’s / unit’s operations
• Always be around the staff and customers and support day-to-day branch operations when necessary.
• Proper distribution of workload among available force.
• Set and execute cross training plans to enhance staff capabilities and knowledge in order to and maximize utilization of available resources.
