- Manage the new construction project management information system and facilitate the initial migrating process from the previously used platform.
- Centralize and streamline the information collection and reporting process between the team members and the department stakeholders.
- Act as a focal point for our stakeholders that offers them timely updates and sufficient status reports.
- Communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to report and measure the projects progress and status.
- Collect and analyze all available information about active and completed projects to successfully and accurately measure performance and compliance.
- Provide thorough reports and metrics that aid the decision making process and accurately reflect progress, quality and compliance.
- Oversee the project management life cycle as well as its workflows and processes to effectively be able to control and govern the process for quality assurance and compliance.
- Develop KPIs and metrics that accurately and effectively measure our process and offer opportunities of improvement.
- Ensure all documentations are following the agreed upon templates, guidelines and quality standards.
- Development Support Function and Software Testing Department
- Part of the team to develop and implement a new testing framework structure (TFSI Project).
- Had a leading role in working with IBM to design, develop and implement a new software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Managing and administrating the “rational” process and testing management suit implemented by IBM.
- Creating and then managing a new incident reporting system to collect, store and process all the data about the occurred incidents in all the systems used by NCB and if they were caused by our testing and development processes.
- Creating and managing a new MS SharePoint site for the department to facilitate how the different teams can share files and reports and for the team leaders and managers to easily manage and review the projects status and progress online.
- Member of the quality assurance team in the testing department where I made sure that all the quality standards and steps of the testing process has been satisfied and implemented. also making sure that all the work is documented properly for any future references or auditing.
- Worked with the risk assessment department and team to determine any available risks in our testing and quality process than can affect the security of the data used in testing any new enhancement or change.
- Created a new dashboard to manage and follow up with all the projects undergoing the testing process.
Administering the English Language Laboratory classes. Teaching beginners and intermediate level students the four core skills of English language. This includes writing, speaking, listening, and reading, besides assisting and correcting their daily exercises.
