Key Responsibilities:
• Involved in end to end management of the CEO office and function as Board Secretary and its sub-committees as well as contact person between the company’s top management and employees/stakeholders.

• Manage office correspondence and ensure effective resolution of client reported issues aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.
• Participate in internal & external audits and follow up with respective stakeholders for implementing audit recommendations.
• Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducted checks of the Mayor’s office and meeting halls using a checklist and maintained updated status of office inventory. Provisioned personal needs of the Mayor (clothes, cologne, etc.).
• Managed incoming telephonic calls to the Mayor through mobile or office and maintained updated office correspondence.
• Prepared and maintained meeting schedules for the mayor and rendered hospitality during meetings and special appointments.
• Assisted the mayor during internal visits, organize meetings during travel, secure reservations and prepared baggage and papers required during meetings.
