Responsible for the projects delivery on time and within budget.
Oversee and provide direction to my team of Planning, and Cost control engineers.
Develop the department communication plans, flowcharts, forms, and norms.
Participate with budgets and baselines review and approval processes.
Cash‐flow controls and expenditures approve accordance to budget and priorities.
Actual cost tracking, recording, and Control.
Actual progress tracking, monitoring, and control.
Earned Value measurement, analysis, and forecast.
Schedules updates, analysis, and forecast.
Identifying critical activities, risks and advice the preventive and corrective actions.
Resources planning, monitoring, allocation and control.
Labors productivity measurement, analysis, and forecast.
Procurements performance review and control.
Sub‐contractors performance review and payment certification.
Advice to contracts team in claims, and Extension of time proposals.
Developing all kind of reports with various level of details.
Participate in daily/weekly meetings (internal and with clients).
PROJECTS AS BUT NOT LIMITED OF THE FOLLOWING:
ARAMCO SDHOP - 4 Projects (2, 260 Housing Construction + Infra).
ARAMCO Mutrafiah Projects - Two Projects (740 Housing Construction + Infra).
SABIC Housing Project (1, 240 Housing Construction + Infra).
EMMAR Jeddah Gate Project (3 High‐rise Towers + Podium).
‐charge for management of planning and cost control for various
maintenance and construction projects relating to Qatar petroleum.
Monitoring actual costs and perform the regular earned value analysis and
forecast to Insure of the project control and completion within Budget.
Establish the Baseline Schedule for various construction and maintenance
projects. Monitoring and control changes to the baseline.
Oversee the various Schedule updates, Project performance measurement
analysis and forecast.
Developing reports included various level of details to Keep Stakeholders
informed with up to date accurate information.
Monitoring and control the manpower histograms, S‐ Curves, and Earned
value analysis and forecast.
Participate in daily/weekly meetings (internal and with clients
Assigned as planner and project controller for MEP activities in the green line,
Dubai Metro Project.
Establish the Baseline Schedule, Monitoring the Site Progress, and update
the Weekly and Monthly reports.

HVAC Maintenance engineer in various sites, which connected with District
Cooling Plants in ZAYED Military City. Supervision and provide technical
support for all maintenance activities.
Planning, and supervision the preventive, and routine maintenance
activities.
Scope included the maintenance of District Cooling Plants, chillers, cooling
towers, pump stations, chilled water networks, heat exchangers, all A/C
equipment's, and air distribution ducts.
Assigned to manage and oversee the Subcontractors of HVAC, Firefighting,
Plumbing, and Electrical Activities.
Infrastructure works for Sewerage, Water, Irrigation, and Fire‐Fighting.
Buildings construction Activities for sewerage, Water, HVAC, and Fire
Fighting.

So as to make the graduate is capable of excellence in the fields of engineering for energy transfers.
