NFPA and relevant international standards.

Supervising Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) of Water based Fire protection (Critical
Equipments as well as associated devices based on relevant NFPA Standards.
Conducting regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, heat detectors, fire ex
tinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants, and suppression systems to ensure they are in optimal working conditio
n
• Diagnosing faults in fire systems and performing timely repairs to maintain system functionality.
• Maintaining detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records to document all maintena
nce activities.
• Ensuring compliance with local fire safety codes, standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO), and company policies.
• Assisting in fire safety audits and inspections by authorities to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Supporting installation, commissioning, and upgrading of fire detection and suppression systems to enha
nce safety and efficiency.
• Responding promptly to fire system alarms or failures and supporting emergency response teams during
fire drills or actual incidents.
• Scheduling and planning the PM and CM jobs as per the Work orders and notifications.
• Conducting the inventory for availability of required spare parts/ materials and preparing
quotations/local purchase request to local supplier.
• Conducting technical site survey & submitting reports including findings and recommendations of the
system.
• Attend the meetings with consultant to build the good working relationship and set expectation.
• Involve in testing and commissioning of installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.

• Perform checks and functional tests in accordance with NFPA, SES and manufacturer guidelines.

• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and any corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, site visit logs, and compliance summaries as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the service contractors regarding fire system maintenance
updates.
• Coordinate with site managers and ensure minimal disruption during service activities
• Lead and administrate all fire protection and firefighting services across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review firefighting systems, goals, and procedures aligned with
national and international standards.
• Manage emergency response operations including fire, toxic gas, rescue incidents, and hazardous
material incidents.
• Plan and supervise fire prevention programs, emergency drills, and training for staff and emergency
response teams.
• Ensure technical specifications and maintenance standards for firefighting equipment and vehicles.
• Evaluate fire risks in plant layout designs and recommend optimal fire protection systems.
• Maintain compliance with local fire and safety regulations and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Lead fire incident investigations and generate post-incident reports.
• Monitor and manage firefighting budgets and maintain high morale among firefighting personnel.
