• Assisting in fire safety audits and inspections by authorities to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Supporting installation, commissioning, and upgrading of fire detection and suppression systems to enha
nce safety and efficiency.
• Responding promptly to fire system alarms or failures and supporting emergency response teams during
fire drills or actual incidents.
• Scheduling and planning the PM and CM jobs as per the Work orders and notifications.
• Conducting the inventory for availability of required spare parts/ materials and preparing
quotations/local purchase request to local supplier.
• Conducting technical site survey & submitting reports including findings and recommendations of the
system.
• Attend the meetings with consultant to build the good working relationship and set expectation.
• Involve in testing and commissioning of installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
• servicing and maintenance of fire protection systems including fire alarms, sprinklers, smoke detectors,
fire extinguishers, fire pumps.
• Perform checks and functional tests in accordance with NFPA, SES and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure timely execution of monthly maintenance activities.
• ensure all fire protection systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, etc.) are routinely serviced and
compliant with regulations.
• Review technician reports and ensure documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and any corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, site visit logs, and compliance summaries as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the service contractors regarding fire system maintenance
updates.
• Coordinate with site managers and ensure minimal disruption during service activities
• Lead and administrate all fire protection and firefighting services across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review firefighting systems, goals, and procedures aligned with
national and international standards.
• Manage emergency response operations including fire, toxic gas, rescue incidents, and hazardous
material incidents.
• Plan and supervise fire prevention programs, emergency drills, and training for staff and emergency
response teams.
• Ensure technical specifications and maintenance standards for firefighting equipment and vehicles.
• Evaluate fire risks in plant layout designs and recommend optimal fire protection systems.
• Maintain compliance with local fire and safety regulations and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Lead fire incident investigations and generate post-incident reports.
• Monitor and manage firefighting budgets and maintain high morale among firefighting personnel.
• Stay updated with advancements in firefighting science and technology

• Preparing procedures for Installation works.
• Preparation of ITP, Checklists, Method statements and All Quality related documents.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the PID.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance, and control of the quality system.
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and help when requested.
• Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Coordinate with the Contractors QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and
the customers contract specializations. Coordinate all site inspections with the site sub
contractors.

· Preparation of Welding Control plan & Trouble shooting for weld repairs.
· Review of test certificates and Incoming inspection of project permanent materials.
· Preparation of weekly and Monthly Quality Reports.
· Interface with the Client for all Welding & QC activities and Third Party Inspection Agencies.
· Conducting Internal Quality Audits on other departments
· Maintaining the Welding & Quality documents and Records for final dossier submission.
· Test pack clearance for Hydro testing.
· Representing from QA/QC Department for Client, Vendor’s and Subcontractors meeting for the Project.
· Raising Non-conformance Reports and follow up to close the same.
· Handling Welding, NDT and QA/QC issues
· Review and approval of Sub-Contractors Welding, NDT and QA/QC
· Selection of welds for non-destructive testing
· Recording and listing of defective welds and preparing repair sketch.
· Monitor the control and issue of welding electrodes.
· Co-ordinate the issue of nonconformance reports through the site QC manager Having very good knowledge of ASME & ASNT related codes and standards, very good knowledge of NDT procedures & documentation.
