• Manage total rewards programs for the group and provide related recommendations for facilitating company decisions in strategic development and day-to-day operations.
• Review organization structure and implement a methodology that strengthens efficiency and improves leadership to maintain a healthy organization.
• Develop and create Job Descriptions for every available role
• Control the Job Matrix / organizational structure through the definition of the approved headcounts.
• Review, assess, and implement performance appraisals in alignment with the reward scheme board objective.
• Conduct market study, benchmarking practices, and salary survey; analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all BU's and departments.

• Partner with the HRBP and HR Team leadership on the review of all compensation and benefits / total reward packages; annual manpower plan and manpower forecast.
