Plays the role of internal HR consultant to the management teams to closely understand their division objectives and accordingly work with HR Departments on recommended solutions and actions.
Act as change agent in managing improving the culture/work environment across the divisions by the effective deployment of corporate HR initiatives.
Participate in critical Management meetings for comprehensive support and alignments across the division (BSC, Performance Collaboration).
Driving the Saudization plan for the divisions to ensure fulfillment according to the identified targets in line with company strategy and government directions.

Driving all corporate HR projects / initiatives across the division and ensure full alignments and support among all concerned associates.
Providing critical support to the division, in terms of restructuring tasks, manpower planning, talent development and succession planning.
Support in Recruitment & Selection missions with the proper quality candidates as per the approval recruitment plan per annum.
Leading the divisional recruitment team to ensure HR annual plans and service levels are matching the expectations.
Managing all HR related reports per division to ensure proper tracking and effective decision making.
Participate in periodical HR Leadership team meetings for HR task support and related projects involvements.
Managing all employee grievances or legal cases and effectively handles internal team conflicts and all resolutions, redeployment and redundancy cases.

Leadership and People Development:
o Demonstrating effective leadership capabilities in leading the Specific division within the FMCG sector.
o Develop the guide lines to clarify the key responsibilities and practices across the division to ensure promotes an effective HR role model and becoming at the engaging level needed.
o Effectively lead the development progression for the recruitment team.
o Facilitating the Succession planning and talent Development initiatives for the FMCG sectors.
Performance Improvements:
o Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive change in the people.
o Identify Team training needs and work with the OD to ensure skills gapes are covered with the proper developmental solutions.
o Ensure the recruitment Partners deployment of HR Developmental tools across their divisions.
PDR for the Team: Prepare and timely Submit PDRs’ for all recruitment partners, ensuring completeness and quality one to one review sessions.
