Responsible to achieve Volume and Value target in assigned Region, Manage the Direct Sales Team consist of Sales Supervisors and Sales Man and Merchandisers. Plan and execute promotions in Traditional trade, Modern trade, OOH and wholesale to gain leadership and growth in Long life Milk, Tomato Paste and Ice Cream. Responsible to Achieve Replenishment KPI's to ensure long term and profitable business across all Channels. Sales Team Training also under me, for this on field training and one to one session conducted with supervisors and Sales Man. Quarterly performance review of Sales man and supervisors to identify gaps and improvement areas is also my responsibility. Explore new business opportunities such as local festivals to promote new and existing product portfolio. Prepare annual Injection Plan of new Chillers and deep freezers and than execution under SADAFCO guidelines.
