- Oversees the performance of the team and follows up on a daily basis.
- Ensure the quality of all the products prepared by the kitchen team before submitting them to the restaurant customers.
- Distribution of work and responsibilities to the kitchen team or service area in such a way as to ensure the work in a positive and effective way to solve any problems that may face the team.
- Coordinates with the restaurant manager to receive the raw materials for operation .
- Participates in preparing weekly employment schedules with the restaurant manager .
