I’m responsible for:
a) A proper control over all the activities with the Banks including Managing the Letter of Credit & the Letter of Guarantee, Banks Reconciliations, Foreign Exchange, Bills, Issue all kinds of checks requested & Electronic Transfers, and Any other transactions.( From B. to P. )
b) Coordinate with the Purchase Department for all about the Letters of Credit conditions and documents required.
c) Examines and Review the conditions and documents that had required on the Letters of Credit, Then discussing any discrepancies found in order to approve release the payment amount to the supplier through the bank.
d) Participating in making the budgets and all the statements and reports included.
e) Chief Accountant in Financial Department. sharing with financial group” preparing closing adjustments end of the Yar, Trial balance, income statement and Balance sheet
f) Create a simple account program using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access help us to have an important reports.
g) Chief Accountant in Maintenance Department.
h) Chief Accountant in Branches Sales Department
i) Chief Accountant in Whole Sales Department
j) Chief Accountant in Cash Sales Department
I was responsible for:
a) A proper control over all the activities with the Banks including Cash, Deposit, Banks Reconciliations, Foreign Exchange, Bills, Remittance and Any other transactions.
b) Issue a monthly Report send to Sony Ericsson in Sweeden represented the cost of all the work had been done in the month before.
c) Responsible for the storehouse & Inventory control.
d) Performing a proper control over all the branch’s Accounting daily activities.
e) Follow up with The Bank’s Statements, Supplier’s Statements and Customer’s Statements.
f) Create a simple account program using Microsoft Excel help us to have an important reports.
