Key areas of experience;

•Preparation of financial statement, related disclosures and financial statements ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Auditing Standards (IAS), and local statutes and based on Foreign Reporting Packages of various multinationals.

•Worked as Internal Auditor-Consultant (on secondment) with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Afghanistan.

•Involved in different consultancy assignment during my tenure with firms including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, inventory verification.

•Assessment of operational and internal control processes, identification of deficiencies, possible causes and making recommendations to improve and eliminate deficient operations and processes.

•Coordinating, motivating and training the audit engagement team. Responsible for effectively delegating tasks, providing guidance to staff, allocation of work, review and monitoring performance of the team on the engagement.

•Project management from the planning stage to audit completion. This includes planning, budgeting, managing and supervising staff and coordinating with the engagement manager and the partner. Delivering the required services on time and to budget, and monitor the variances.

•Testing compliance with prevailing laws and regulations and internal control procedures of various entities and reporting thereon.

•Learned team building skills and to manage and exceed the expectations of the client and firm’s management.
