 Responsible for Managing and Supervising project execution
 Communicating with all related departments.
 Monitoring and controlling team performance and the required corrective actions for continuous improvement.

 Influencing factors affecting progress, Applying the processes, and sticking to the approved upon ITP and the approved Quality plan.
 Proactively Resolving problems and work around.
 Proactively following up the safety plans and contribute to safety improvement plans.
 Developing reports related to progress and required resources.

Responsibilities:
 Developing and implemented the execution of the project management plans for more than 90KM2 including build up area of 153800m2 for 38 administration buildings varies in area from 4500m2 to 6200m2 with Land scape & infrastructure including. :68KM /irrigation networks /drainage / Water supply Lightening / sewer networks. Road works.

 Managing the Different department (Execution/Planning / Contracts / Procurement / Quantity surveying.

 Communicating and coordinating with technical office for the accomplishment of the scope Following up the monthly invoicing ranging from 100M: 130M

 Managing the communications with client, external suppliers, and subcontractors for the different items (Saudi Tap - Aljabr- TDC-ETEC-PREMCO- SAJCO - OTIS- CLIVELAND).

 The scope includes more than 85000 m3 of concrete skeleton using wide range types of formworks (Doka, GHI and RMD) Scaffolding for vertical concrete elements / horizontal elements (Slabs and Raft foundation). Finishing works: interiors (Block works, plastering, paints, reflected ceiling, porcelain, marbles, curtain walls canopies, skylights and MEP works
(Lightening, power, drainage, potable water, HVAC and NOVEC system & Low current systems) and landscape. The scope has been accomplished within time and budget.

 Managing the supply of the long lead items.

 Managing the fitting out of MEP. and Gaining the Client Approvals for the commissioning &operating,

 Influencing the factors that cause changes to the various aspects of the project management subsidiary. plans related to (Scope, time, cost, quality).

 Gaining Customer satisfaction for the testing &Commissioning and fit out (Through a determined approved upon ITP through the quality plan. Proactively requesting the required materials and following up with procurement department,

 Developing reports related to progress and required resources.

Experience of more than 20 Year in project construction management delivering all phases of multibillion dollar of Mega projects, fit out High rising building, Residential buildings, Resorts and Hotels.
Experience backed by strong credential and a proven history of on time, on budget as well as high quality projects completions. Competencies include offering leadership skills, communication and coordination with numerous globally recognized firms such as Dar Al Handasa, PREMCO Precast, Huta, Kone, Doka, GHI, Saudi Lab. as well as various SBG sister companies SUW, RPD, Fast, Vision and Orascom .

Title: Construction Manager

Key Deliverables:
 Accomplishment of the skeleton of the skeleton of 410 villas ( varies from 400 to 500 m2 each, 2floors & roof including precast elements, block works, plastering, painting, Tiles works, False ceiling, Marble, curtain Wall system, Carpentering, , Gypsum works, infrastructure of ( roads, land scape, wet utilities.
 Controlling and supervising the work looking for options to align the work progress to the schedule and budget .
 Develop reports related to progress with the recommended advise to the top management about the required corrective actions .
 Accomplishment of the the infrastructure( Powerhouse building, Desalination building, auxiliary transformers, fuel oil tanks, Raw Water tanks and3 produced water tanks pipe lines .
 Managing client expectations and coordinating with consultants and governmental authorities to obtain formal acceptance of interim deliverables .
HIGHLIGHTS :
 Contribute in developing the project management plans and the subsidiary plans and supervising the teamwork .

Key Deliverables:
 Controlling and supervising the day to day team work to achieve the required plans for the assigned scope
 Reviewing the work performance and comparing the work accomplished with the planed schedule,
 coordinating with consultants and the governmental authorities.
