Software configuration Management
My duties and responsibilities are
• Implement a new QA model for policies and procedure on ATM project.
• Establish a centralized Test and UAT Environment for all Arab Bank regions.
• Establish an ATM switch development environment.

Technical Leader
My duties and responsibilities are
• NCR/WINCORE ATMs integration using NDC+
• Aptra BNA (Bunch notes acceptor)
• VISA VSDC Issuer/Acquirer
• Chip Card certification

Systems Integration
My duties and responsibilities are
• Online Internet Banking Integration with ATM switch
• CRM integration with ATM switch
• Islamic Bank ATMs integration within Arab Bank ATM network
• Pone Banking online subscription with ATM switch

Business processes Engineering

• Arab Bank Starter Kit process engineering
• Provide Business with technical scope of change
• Design Arab Bank Gateway as Global ATM network which connects Arab bank member banks.

After the acquisition of S2systems by TSA I became a member of ACI world wide team. I have been relocated to KSA to manage active Saudi SPAN2 projects such as (Banque Saudi Fransi, Saudi British Bank and Al Rajihi Bank) in addition to replacing the customer old switch by one of advanced open platform solution in the market.

The projects cover
1. Replacing the old ATM switching system with a new EMV enabled system
2. VISA VSDC Implementation
3. MAsterCard MChip Implementation
4. Deibold and NCR EMV Interfaces
5. Interfacing with EMV issuing systems
6. Implementation of new SAMA EMV interface Called SPAN2 interface, issuing systems and card acceptor devices should be compliant to EMV2000 and EMV2004

As a project manager I had initiated a SPAN2 workshop to analyze all different components. The outcome of this workshop is to identify the dependencies between other running projects such as Card issuing systens and Terminals hardware upgrades which is part of the coomplete SPAN2 project

To enhance bank applications, the main one called BV, which is a window C++ & Oracle application made by Accenture (AC), to handle all the bank processes and functions (core banking system). (UAE - Abu-Dhabi)·
