Responsible of Primavera project schedule based on sales orders for fuel tanks, fuel stations, oil tanks production and accessories.

Electrolux, Multinational Home appliances manufacturer company, 10th of Ramadan city, Egypt

• Completed a gas cooker factory 60, 000m² to produce 1, 000, 000 cookers per year including water, wastewater and firefighting networks.
• Implement and install of complete firefighting & alarm network to
several factories to comply with the local authorities and insurance company.
• Designed and installed complete air network including compressors
Up to detailed assembly line utility to fulfill the production needs.
• Installation of hydraulic and mechanical presses and their utilities
(Firefighting system).
• Designed and installed of complete painting line (pretreatment, drier, paint booth and furnace including productivity calculations and bidding).
• Designed and installed a complete enamel workshop and main factory utility phase 1 (2011-2012) total investment 50 million Egyptian pounds.
• Designed and installed a research and development lab monitoring civil and electromechanical works till hand over (Jan 2015-june 2015) of total investment 2 million Egyptian pounds, in washing machine factory.
• Implemented and solved safety requirements to prevent hazards
on new and old factories to meet requirements of local authorities.

• Design and installation of firefighting and alarm systems in several factories to comply with local authorities.

• Completed new gas cookers design, technology, processes, assembly sheets and bill of materials (BOM).
