Job Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis
--------------------------
• Conduct financial analysis reports including capital structure and working capital analysis.
• Design, create, implement, modify, maintain and support financial analysis reports, forecasting, and results analysis.
• variance analysis reports.
• Developing short and long-term project analysis including the viability of the company business
Budgeting, planning and strategic planning
--------------------------
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
• Collaborate with major clients and give them deeper insights into the dynamics of their business through the development of disciplined and thorough sales, marketing, and consumer analyses.
• Revenue and cost forecasting and planning.
Feasibility Study
--------------------------
• Conduct sector analysis and produce sector review documents comprising: supply/demand reviews, value chain reviews, growth perspectives, benchmarks, potential investment venues, competitors, etc. in order to provide recommendations.
• Identify the risk patterns and opportunities.
• Establish the criterions for primary evaluations of opportunities.
• Prepare the Market and financial feasibility study reports.
Mergers and acquisition (Valuation)

• Managing valuation, Mergers & Acquisition studies using the different methods of valuation.
Asset management
--------------------------
• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive direct investment framework and strategy (financial and operational plans).
• Identify, source and evaluate the viability of potential investment opportunities through conducting analysis, financial modeling, feasibility studies, risk assessments, valuation and due diligence.
• Manage the engagement teams and overall investment process including research analysis, valuation, presentations, due diligence, term sheet negotiations, execution and closing, and post-closing added value activities through to exit.
• Closely monitor portfolio companies and lead support in improving financial and operational performance.
• Develop appropriate risk identification and risk mitigation measures for the projects .
Internal Control

• Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
• Prepare an internal audit charter for approval of the Board of Directors, Establish internal audit processes and policies and set internal control standards for effective audit, through professional guidance, development and maintenance of an audit guidelines manual.
• Design internal audit procedures and work programs to ensure that detailed audit work is effectively focused on high risk areas
• Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances
Financial accounting systems

• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Oversee and assess the operations and financial status of potential companies including inspection of documents, facilities, assets, inventories etc…
• Identify customer needs and construct individually tailored financial solutions for clients and to ensure that client financial goals are achieved.
Due diligence

• Prepare the financial due diligence process.
Job Responsibilities :
- Meeting clients and define business needs after designing current process and proposed process with gap analysis .
- Preparing the chart of accounts & documentation cycles for the different activities depending on the companies’ needs & the financial accounting standards requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing the valuation studies, which are related to public offering, private offering and bond issuing
- Preparing the feasibility studies (financial & economic).
- Preparing the technical analysis & valuation reports for the most listed companies in the Egyptian stock market.
- Prepare financial reports detailing assets and liabilities, capital, balance sheet, profit and loss - statement and other related reports to summarize current and projected company’s position.
- Auditing the financial statements.
- Preparing Audit Report and financial analysis.
Certified management Accountant CMA
Completed the US Valuation analyst Qualification, CVA (certified valuation analyst)
