Project Role: utilities engineer.

Project description : Supply and installation of UPVC pipe in trench, including all fitting, concrete thrust block and gate valves . installation of lateral pipe line including solenoid valves, flush valves, blubbers and line outlet emitter installation Irrigation Control System, cable wire, controller ….. landscape work : including planting palm tree, shrubs, green area .
Installation of fire hydrant with gate valves .
 To ensure that the project ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards .

 Review submittal, transmittal & shop drawing for all mechanical systems.
 Monitor / Discuss project status, review during the course of periodic project review meetings, overseeing the installation & commissioning of all systems and Conducting testing.
 Hand over the works with all documents to irrigation and landscaping department ) Royal Commission ) .

 Project description :
 installation irrigation system including main lines, drip line, blubber line, In-Line Emitters, Polyethylene Tubing Under Mulch, Air Release Valve, gate valves, Washout valves, installation Irrigation Control System cable wire .

 - installation potable water : including pipes, valves, chambers, service boxes, Air Release Valve, gate valves, Washout valves .
- sanitary sewer system : installation of pipes , GRP manhole , gravity test

- storm drainage : reinforced concrete pipe, catch basin, leak test .

* supervised, managed and lead all activities included :

 Removing and Demolition existing irrigation system, potable water and sanitary sewer .
 dismantling steel structure and demolished concrete and block works, back-filling and compaction .
 hand over Material that can be reused to Royal commissions .
 submit and followed method of statement.
 follow up high safety performance .
 submitted initial acceptance, as built drawing, final RTC, Invoices, final acceptance…… .

2- Construction of warehouses and workshop
(As a Mechanical Engineer ) Contract No -PIC-F-8144 .

*Reviewed, follow up, lead all mechanical works according to specification and standards.
Included :
 underground works, HVAC system, firefighting systems, potable and sanitary system and irrigation water system, landscape work .
 reviewed and follow up shop drawing, material submittals .
 Testing and handed over to RC .


3 - Construction of Infrastructure for Community area Phase-1 . Contract No -PIC-I-7028

* supervised, managed and lead high profile infrastructure project, include storm drainage and sewer network, potable water network, irrigation system ..... with champers, valves, water meters and telecommunication system duct bank .
Project Role: utilities engineer.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
 To ensure that the project ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards .
 Supervision of infrastructural networks such as Drainage, sewer, storm water, portable water and irrigation.
 Supervision of concrete works of manholes, inspection chambers, catch basin .
 Monitor sub- contractor QA/OC activities and maintain records.
 Conduct daily meetings with Forman’s and Project Engineer.
 lines laying, bedding, testing & backfilling
 materials :counting , planning and follow up all materials which delivered to site and responsible for the entire laboratory testing, including concrete temperature and slump.
 Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups, Responsible to prepare site observation reports
 Ensuring that all construction works are completed in accordance with the health and safety requirements and conducting weekly safety toolbox and safety meetings with site staff.

Supervision :

 Supervision the installation for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, which includes) chillers, heat exchangers, air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, dx units, network piping and ducts….. .
 Irrigation water system : installation HDPE pipe, gate valves, irrigation water pump, sprinklers, bubblers ……
 Plumping and water cycle systems Which includes (drainage system, domestic water supply, solar system, steam boiler, hot water boilers pumps ….. ets .
 Primary duties include selection of equipment’s duct and pipe routing, detail design engineering of HVAC system involving heat load calculation, and preparation of drawing and specification.
 Supervision for firefighting including ( fm-200 system, foam system, fire sprinkler system, fire hose cabinets system .
