• Representing the Human Resources Department in interviews
• Submit, follow up and negotiation job offers
• Prepare and submit recruitment reports to the HR Manager
• Supervise the new employee induction program.
• Supervising the training programs inside and outside the company according to the approved training plans.
• Reporting training to the HR Manager

• Checking the registration requests in the course and complete the necessary conditions
• Selecting the subject of the training that matches the training needs of the trainees
• Checking the attendance and absence list in the training and evaluate the program
• Send the Monthly Training Report to HRDF with all documents and files
• Welcome the client and know the field of consultation that he needs
• Take the necessary papers from the client for consultation, Appointment Booking
• Send the Monthly Consultation Report to HRDF with all documents and files
• Print the certificates and give them to the trainees at the end of the course
• Monthly auditing, Monthly billing check.
• Verify the new documents and applications each day.
• Daily reports analysis, Troubleshooting entered into the system and guidance repaired.
• Checking the reports system and approval input data.
• Submit the required reports in the weekly meeting.
• Make sure the effectiveness of the system.
• Communicate with the team and solve the technical problems
• Assist the Staff Development and Quality Assurance Manager in identifying training needs.
• Planning, Development and delivery of training courses.
• Assist the evaluation of training and Staff Development.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the management
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
