 Examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints and inform management of potential problem areas

 Tasked with achievinge the maximum efficient work flow by troubleshooting Retail management and outlet:
 Confirming all procedures are met as per Retail Manual Guide (RMG), Hiring process and other related issues.
 Communicating with the clients and resolving issues timely and to their full satisfaction on the products and services
 Ensuring compliance of Material Availability procedures as per company policy
 Responsible for the CRM and problem solving as per ISO QMS
 Liaise and coordinating with the department heads to set targets
 Finding new resources and markets through developing the product and launching new products
 Communicating with project managers and foremen to confirm availability of tools, labor and equipment for smooth running of all site operations
 Ensuring timely preparation of proposals, tender responses and other business related correspondence
 Formulating quality control procedures for receiving all goods
