I am working as maintenance engineer (on call) and trouble shooter (technical support).
UPS (uninterruptible Power System) is an electrical apparatus that provides emergency power to a load when the input power source fails or got problem from electricity problem such as over & under V, harmonics, current distortion, rush current, ………. Simply it solves all electricity problems to protect your load through pure sinusoidal wave.
My job was mainly about installing, maintaining, connecting batteries for guaranteeing required back up time and programming on network the UPS devices
I am working as shift operation manager for sulphonation & soap noodles plant I am responsible for
1. Operating both plants through SCADA (13 Ton/h).
2. Solving any problem (mechanical, electrical, control & administrative) may occur.
3. Apply production planning and execution.
4. I have to manage time between both plants through 6M method.
5. Working on SAAP system.
6. Taking quick critical decisions.
7. Manage team of engineers, technician, technical operators & labors
8. Reporting (production, Quality, plan schedule, consumptions, machine efficiency, recommendations, ….) that can facilitate working and stabilize the operation
9. Solving & updating control on SCADA & PLC (wiring and SW)
10. Applying ISO9001 in both plants, CIL, 5S method & modern systems
11. Attending commissioning and training on start up (Mechanical & Electrical) with the experts (Italian) for both plants
12. Completing administrative work beside technical job
