I’m Working as Aproject manager in The Project Management Officer in Nahdet Misr Publishing Group. Which I Follow up The project Phases and The Project Life Cycle:
First : identifying Project Scope And Requirements & Stakeholders.
Second : Management Planing And The Project Documents.
Third : Follow up the Project Executing Process.
Fourth : Monitoring & Controling The Progress and performances.
Fifth : Follow up the Project Closing Process (Closed Contract - Updated Documentation - Lessons learned)
Sixth : Follow up The Sales plan.
As a result of participating in this course, attendees will : - have confidence in their ability to perform their PM role. - understand how an when PM Knowledge and Skills are applied. - possess a whole view of how PM process interact. - possess awareness of some best participial in PM process.
