• Preparing a project tender plan for the land development initiative
• Ensure that all departments are informed of their specific project duties.
• Facilitate and coordinate project activities between departments and individuals.
• Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare materials for project meetings.
• Provide assistance in developing training methods and implement new project initiatives.
• Assist in developing project metrics and reporting processes.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.

• Shop drawing review, providing supplemental drawings and required details
• Identify and prepare appropriate project solutions and options.
• Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
• Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
• Direct Inspectors and ensure performance.
• Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.

Intake, Raw Water transmission Lines &Boosters Pump Stations for 6th Oct. City.
• Organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QC/QA plans.
• Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc, with the project team to ensure QC/QA verification and validation has been done.
• Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pas according to project management plan and contract specifications.
• Ensure that non-conformance report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the contract specifications or normal construction industry practices.
• Attend monthly project review meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems.

• Supervising the processing of designs, drawings, specifications and technical annexes according to the required studies and ensuring compliance with the specified period of time
• Oversee the proposed amendments and additions to the designs and drawings in coordination with the execution department.
• Submit the technical opinion in the studies on the technical specifications of the materials used in the projects and participate in the calculation of the estimated cost.
• Supervising the initial and final receipt of the projects and follow up the periodic reports and studies relating to the assessment of the extent of compliance with the drawings, designs and specifications.
• Monitor the performance of the consultants according to their performance rates and submit the relevant recommendations.

Salvage of HIBIS Temple Project
• Supervision of implementation of ministry projects
• Supervising the initial and final receipt of the projects and follow up the periodic reports and studies relating to the assessment of the extent of compliance with the drawings, designs and specifications.
• Monitor the performance of the consultants according to their completion rates and submit the relevant recommendations to the concerned authorities.
