to Develop time schedules for company’s awarded infrastructure projects, and Maintenance contracts
progress reports, financial status, sub contractors payments monitoring reports for high management management on a weekly and monthly basis
review and audit progress reports from all the company projects

resources (manpower and equipment), identify critical
activities, Prepare and update lookahead schedules that
reflect the priority activities, develop revised schedules,

progress reports for management and consultant.
