The nature of Adjunct Faculty role is the following:
Working with students and the regional community.
Contributing to collaborative efforts that improve teaching, scholarship, and creative activities.
Engaging students in outstanding scholarly and creative works
Partnering with the broader community in improving society and making education relevant to the student learning experience.
Excelling in teaching and mentoring of students and fellow professionals.
Arranging practical sessions for the students to ensure their exposure to real work experience.
Leading the Hospitality Training Department at Tandem Consultancy which provides complete solutions for the Hospitality Industry.
Analysing the clients requirements and training needs and customising the appropriate programs that address those needs and improve their performance.
Conducting Trainings and coaching sessions for the employees working in the Hospitality Sector and Service Industry.
Developing business for Tandem Consultancy by increasing the number of clients and maintaing the loyalty of the existing ones.
Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
Attendance at operational incidents and take command where appropriate.
To be responsible as Budget Holder for the effective management and utilisation of financial resources relating to training for Tandem Consultancy clients.
Teaching Food and Beverage Management course at the undergraduate level.
Teaching Safety and Sanitation course at the undergraduate level.
The nature of Adjunct Faculty role is the following:
Working with students and the regional community.

• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
• Managing the delivery of training and development programs.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through Coaching, questionnaires and discussions with Clients.
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements of every contract with our Clients are met.
• Evaluating training and development programs.
• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the market environment
• General office or miscellaneous duties such as Maintaining and order office supplies.
• Maintain and coordinate technical help for office equipment.
• Maintain the office environment through proactive quality checks
Opened Signature Branch office in Dubai and started communicating with Signature clients in the Middle East region and conducted trainings for their various departments.
Handled the operation and administration work for the office in Dubai.
The nature of the training and Office Coordinator role with Signature, with the level of responsibility and variety of activities are high. However, activities are to include all of the following:
• Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the market’s needs.
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
• Managing the delivery of training and development programs.

Started IFH Middle East/Africa in Dubai along with a small team and developed the business by bringing in new clients to purchase our Mystery calls program and related training requirements for these properties.
Handling existing projects for the company as we are dealing with branded hotels in Middle East and North Africa.
Developing new business opportunities through out productive relationships with key decision makers of the potential customers in the region.
Setting up the projects on the website and coordinating with Quality Managers of these hotels on using our website to check their monthly reports and analysis.
Monitoring the call center, where the mystery calls are done, and checking on call schedule planning, call agents and evaluating agents.
Training the new call agents on how to prepare there scenarios before making the mystery calls, and how to be natural when they are making the mystery calls to our clients.
Conducting trainings and work shops for our clients in the Middle East and North Africa (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt) and giving them ongoing assessment to improve their service quality.
