Responsible for ICT Systems design tasks.
Reviewing Shop Drawings and Submittals for approval.
Implements ICT works in accordance with the work program of projects.
Organizes and supervises the professional work of engineers and draft men allocated to me.
Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
Preparing specifications, codes, standards and calculations for all communication and security systems.
Responsible for reviewing and coordinating between 4 sub-consultancy offices working in 41 sites constituting around 3100 building of different functions and sizes in different locations in the country.
Responsible for validating all drawings and material submittals and getting approvals from the project consultant.
Responsible for identifying design changes and Variation orders and preparing claims and notification letters.
Responsible for all correspondences with the project consultant and all negotiations of comments and approvals.
Responsible for Low Current systems’ unification and setting guidelines and procedures.
Conducting meetings with the site production teams and summarize all the type of comments received from the consultant.
Analyze and judge all received comments from the consultant in order to segregate reasonable from not reasonable comments.
Conduct workshops with the consultant in order to eliminate not reasonable comments in future submissions.
Support and follow-up with the production teams for any required technical quires or RFI’s.
Finding ways to speed-up the approval process and eliminating the need of resubmissions by close coordination with the consultant.
Follow-up the site document control for the delays from the production teams and the consultant.
Responsible for Communication and Security Systems for:
• Design
• Technical Office Support
• Cost Estimation
Responsible mainly for projects at the GULF Region.
Airports IT, communications and security systems Specialist of a reference of more than 5 Airports and terminal buildings.
Reviewing Shop Drawings and Submittals for approval.
Implements Communication and security works in accordance with the work program of projects.
Organizes and supervises the professional work of engineers and draft men allocated to me.

Preparing specifications, codes, standards and calculations for all communication and security systems.
Leading the modernization of the Communication and security specifications according to the CSI 2004 new master format.
Perform all technical office tasks.
Mainly Responsible for Communication and Security Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Sound System, Data Networks, Telephone & PABX, ….etc)
Participating in the Surveying, Technical studies and financial studies of Electrical power systems.
Reading the specification of the projects and tenders conditions and summarize them to under line the important points to be taken into consideration during the estimation.
Preparing the packages (drawings, bill of quantity, and specification) and send them to the recommended manufacture according to what is required by the client and the consultant asking for quotation.
Study carefully the offers we receive from the suppliers, contacting them and discuss the technical points in their offer in order to meet the specifications requirements, choose the optimum offer technically and financially.
Prepare the technical file and the supplier list to be presented with the financial file.
Responsible for designing Light current and data networks in Design and Build projects.
All these steps were followed in different projects like schools, factories, hotels, resorts, banks, airports, etc…
