• Front-line helping clients to resolve technical IT issues by ticketing system or mail or phone.
• Follow-up internet connection & when the connection down follow-up with ISP to resolve the issues.
• Configure & Maintain & Manage (New/Old) (Laptop & Desktop & Printers/Scanners (Local/Network) & Access Points & Routers & Fingerprint Machines & Access Control Machines)
• Install Applications & ERP systems and manage their license.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions by remote apps (Remote Desktop Connection/Team Viewer/Any Desk/Microsoft Teams)
• Troubleshooting natural problem solving and able to contribute to the development of best practice, procedures, policies within a company.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end user.
• Walk the end user through the problem-solving process.

• Manage Users on Active Directory.
• Manage IPs on DHCP.
• Manage Users & License on Kaspersky Antivirus.
• Manage Users on Microsoft Office 365 Portal.
i transferred to Information Technology Sector at the company.
I'm leave this position because my arm broken and my manager appointed another employee in my position then i return to reception again (My old position).
I'm working at this position before transfer to administrator sector at January 2016.
Record the data of the coming cases and write the diagnoses to them on the computer and write the necessary reports for them
I got an excellent degree in my graduation project.
