§ Participate in the preparation of the branch sales target and monitor its implementation according to the instructions adopted.

§ Regular meetings with employees to follow up the progress of work and discuss their suggestions and take appropriate actions.
§ Follow up on all employees related matters such as vacations, and other related issues, in coordination with the Department of HR and Administrative Affairs in the company.
§ To supervise and follow-up to retrieve items from the major stores and suppliers, organize and arrange.
- Prepares a daily delivery schedule/plan and coordinate efficient deliveries by
applying knowledge of customer schedules, driver schedule, and peak delivery
times.
- Apply knowledge of RoadNet to dispatch sufficient coverage, and knowledge of
delivery vehicle operation capacity to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Apply the knowledge of order management processing tool to achieve optimum
delivery schedules.
- Ensure adherence to logistics procedures and policies.
