•The main responsibility is to provide support to the manager, covering up for them when they aren't there, and to look after the staff.

•Preparing the schedule of the store staff and to make sure any department shortages will be covered. Checking and making sure that all staff having proper hygiene, wearing their proper uniforms with name badges in order to assure that highest customer service is delivered throughout the store.

•Supervising the availability of the materials to be used for the display, Proper replenishment of the products, shelf cleaning and proper cleaning of the products itself and double checking on the prices.

•Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases and on sales floor.

•Maintain inventory by checking merchandise or determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand. Supervising the daily, weekly and monthly task which includes the back store arrangement, the zero and negative stocks, the remaining goods of the supplier by coordinating with the buyer and the movement of the good(slow and fast moving) and to give feedback.

•Monthly, weekly and daily reports that show the movement of the sales increase or deviation and make recommendations to achieve the objectives of the Branch

•Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
