- Reconcile supplier's accounts.

- Reconcile Bank's accounts.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Control consignment sales.
- Posting invoices and expenses ( fuel, maintenance, etc...)
- Have an idea about the LCs.
- Prepare checks and transfers for the suppliers.
- Communicate with the suppler's accountant regarding any issue and solve it.
- Visa and Master Card Control.

it's a wholesale institution where we distribute, buy all king of chocolates, biscuits, juice, soft drink, chips, bonbon...... for the retail store or market, so i am the responsible of billing and managing the store.
