quarter start by at least 2 weeks.
√ Effectively managed Capex across NAMET-RUB with ROA analysis for big projects across NAMET-RUB.
√ Ensured that the CPT for MENA factories are minimized by creating competitive advantage in MENA prices after the devaluation.

Champion for the new forecast tool from SC part across MENA. Efficiently maintained system calculations and allocations across all
SC lines for MENA region.
Project Title: Unify, Unilever, Egypt - completed
Managed project from conception to delivery, including approval cycle, promotions assessment, calculations and simplicity. Liaised
with IT from the start to the end of the project and ensured excellent maintenance of all aspects across the tool and 100% accurate
calculation.
