Position: Co-Founder and Director Manager Projects: Natural Water Manufacturing - Karim Water Zone/O12/StreamWater

Position: Construction Manager o Construction Budget Oversight: Managed the detailed financial aspects of the 15 billion SAR budget for the Chillers and Generators Stations project, focusing on cost-effective construction practices and budget adherence. o Site Operations Coordination: Coordinated on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion in accordance with project plans. o Subcontractor Management: Oversaw and managed subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and facilitating seamless collaboration among various construction teams. o Quality Control Implementation: Enforced stringent quality control measures to guarantee that construction activities met and exceeded industry standards and project requirements. o Construction Safety Oversight: Implemented and monitored robust construction safety protocols, prioritizing a secure working environment for all project personnel. o Permitting and Regulatory Liaison: Spearheaded interactions with regulatory bodies, managing permits and ensuring strict compliance with local construction regulations throughout the project. o Construction Progress Reporting: Provided transparent and regular updates to stakeholders on construction progress, addressing concerns and maintaining effective communication channels.

• Dubai International Airport - Terminal 3 - Project Budget: 5 billion AED
Duties:
o Financial, Contracting Agreements, Business plan & Annual report to board feasibility study. o In a position of client represented and project manager for the project responsible for establishing a planning framework to ensure all initial groundwork and other details to ensure timely completion of the project responsible for overall project completion, coordination, payments, arbitration, approvals. o Project mapping and planning, mobilization, and municipality approvals o Identification of long lead items and procurement o Tendering for subcontractors, negotiations, and appointment of subcontractor
