Taking responsibility for following up the company's projects with the project managers to develop
the implementation plans and the appropriate timing with the construction programs approved by
the owners, with the provision of the required manpower, equipment and subcontractors to carry
out the required work, as well as evaluating the performance of project managers and Construction team, coordination between departments and sites to ensure the rapid response

* Establish project strategy during the implementation/care phase and develop plans to coordinate

close out phases. Design, coordinate and deal with all phases of the project.
* Review bidding documents, letter of intent, contract and subcontract with Client, Supplier and
Consultant. Liaise between Consultant, suppliers, and designers.
* Enforce quality assurance and control, monitor adherence to safety and occupational health.
