 Main responsibilities are to:

- Business Strategy:
Contribute to the formulation and development of the company strategy and plan to ensure that the objectives of the sales and marketing department are aligned with the overall business objectives set by the board.
- Planning:
Formulate and develop the detailed annual plan and targets for the sales and marketing department, in line with the company objectives and targets. Monitor, follow-up and direct the achievement of the annual plan to ensure that the plans and achieved.
- Sales Channels:
Developing & monitoring the different sales channels: direct sales, indirect sales, & corporate sales.
- Leadership:
Manage and ensure the effective achievements of functional objectives through the leadership of the sales and marketing department by setting departmental and individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
- Budget and Cost Control:
Manage and development of the annual budget for the sales department and ensure that adequate provision is made for all activities. Monitor and control expenditures against on target performance against budgets.
- Pricing:
Oversee market research on market prices, analysis of comparative prices and provide pricing recommendations ensuring that prices are cost effective and competent with regards to the market.

 Main responsibilities are to:

- Responsible for expanding the company's business with new and existing clients in the area of Ain Sokhna, Ismailia, Suez, & Port Said.
- Responsible of calling other business houses, discussing with them the areas of engineering in which the company operates.
- Responsible of understanding the client's area of business.
- Obtain information from clients and other sources for preparation of bids and proposals.
- Preparation and addressing of Pre-bid clarifications.
- Review of received RFQ (Request for Quotation) including specification, drawings and other information from client to fully understand the customer’s requirements.
- Acquires information on current and future projects.
- Being aware of the market changes and identifies upcoming opportunities for the Company.
- Seeking new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Responsible of providing the management with feedback.
- Responsible of planning and preparing presentations.
- Ensures continuous business for the Company.
- Manage the proposals in time, discuss the same with management, submit them to clients and maintains a strong follow up with the clients.
- Takes steps required to facilitate potential business with new customers. This includes registration as a consultant with relevant authorities.
- Preparing Financial & Technical Proposals with the experience developing.

- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in my designated region.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.

- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
