 Main responsibilities are to:

- Business Strategy:
Contribute to the formulation and development of the company strategy and plan to ensure that the objectives of the sales and marketing department are aligned with the overall business objectives set by the board.
- Planning:
Formulate and develop the detailed annual plan and targets for the sales and marketing department, in line with the company objectives and targets. Monitor, follow-up and direct the achievement of the annual plan to ensure that the plans and achieved.

- Budget and Cost Control:
Manage and development of the annual budget for the sales department and ensure that adequate provision is made for all activities. Monitor and control expenditures against on target performance against budgets.
- Pricing:
Oversee market research on market prices, analysis of comparative prices and provide pricing recommendations ensuring that prices are cost effective and competent with regards to the market.
