- Working on IT government bids starting from purchasing the RFP till submit the Proposal.
- Follow-up new tenders published on Etimad and take decision with management for participating.
- Manage all the tenders activities on Etimad website.
- Assign Tenders / Tasks to Bidding team and follow Up with them on their assigned tasks
- Validate Tenders Results and the reasons of Rejection Technically, PQ, Financially.
- Update and Enhance Bidding Deliverables in regular basis.
- Manage the CRM Dynamics flow, including the leads and opportunities.
- Understand the customer requirements and distribute the RFP as per the SOW and initiate the presales activities (Build BoQ, technical write-up, SOW, Work Methodology, Compliance sheets and prepare the organization of the Solution design).
- Arrange regular internal progress meetings with the Participant Teams / Setting the Agenda.
- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders (typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, and purchasing).
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
- Build the cost sheets and analyzing cost for each part of the proposed solution.
- Discuss and negotiate the final costing sheet with management to decide the final price.
- Prepare the final technical and commercial proposal.
- Prepare all the proposal documentations as per the customer requirements in the RFP.
- Verify and ensure proposals/quotations are complete and accurate prior to submission.
- Ensure bid submissions are on time and of a quality standard
- Follow-up the LGs (Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Extensions, Cancellations) issues.
- Coordinate tendering process with logistics support for the sales team.
- Manage internal deal review process of terms and conditions prior to contract signature for direct sales with the commercial, legal and finance teams.
- Support sales staff in their daily activities including bid activities.
- Manage the preparation of quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports for the bidding and Sales cycle.
- Follow up on quotations sent to the customer.
