Company Products : (Mineral Water, Natural Juice, Energy drink, Malt & Carbonated soft drink)

- Direct and control all factory staff to enhance efficiency and develop roles and responsibilities for all employees.

- Manage the overall operations at the factory.

- Organize all production operations to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved and that all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards are observed.

- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to implement factory maintenance program covering preventive, shut down & predictive maintenance of all factory equipments and machineries to achieve maximum utilization of production capacities

- Coordinate with the senior executives of the Operations Department in order to cater to their priority production requirements and plan production schedule and forecasting.

- Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives.

- Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure that all financial and business objectives are met.

- Conduct periodic meetings to assess the results and conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for any deviation.

- Follow up applying the requirements of ISO22000 & NSF & Jordan Quality Mark in All Factory Departments

• Maintenance Supervisor in GHADEER MINERAL WATER COMPANY (NESTLE WATERS IN JORDAN) from 1/6/2011 to 11/05/2012 after working as Maintenance Engineer from 6/1/2008 to 31/05/2011.

I was working as Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the plant manager, managing maintenance department, electrical and mechanical technicians and all maintenance programs and duties.

- Responsible for applying modifications on machines and production processes when it is needed.

- Solving technical problems and trouble shooting in the shortest time and minimum cost.

- Preparing & Applying preventive maintenance programs and corrective maintenance for both retail (PET) and H&O production machines, in addition to maintain high pressure compressors.

- Reduce down time due malfunctions.

- Evaluating maintenance cost individually for every machine on a monthly and yearly basis.

-Purchasing spare parts and equipments locally and from international suppliers/manufacturers

- Presenting maintenance reports.

- Synchronizing with production planned stoppages for maintenance planning and scheduling.

-Follow up applying the requirements of ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO22000 in maintenance activities.

Also I was assigned to supervise new machines installation project and WH Extension as the Project Engineer;

• Maintenance Engineer in DANISH JORDANIAN DAIRY COMPANY - Jordan (TETRA PAK SECTION) from 2/1/2006 to 31/12/2007.

• Production Engineer in JIZZA GAZES COMPANY- Jordan from 28/3/2005 to 31/12/2005
