- From March 13, 2012 to April 2, 2012 I worked in the IT department and my duties were
technical support to the company's employees for the AIMS system with Islamic Insurance
Company (Sudan).
I supported the employees, and restored the employee payroll program.
- Technician from 2012 to 2015 with Islamic Insurance Company (Sudan), I moved at work in
underwriting and claim to all insurance classes and moved between the various branches of the
company.
I obtained more knowledge about the nature of the Sudanese market through my moving
between different work environments, which increased my knowledge of customers, attracted
new customers and reduced expenditures in claims.
- I worked in the Risk Department from 2015 to 2016 I work to reduce losses and manage the risk
of fire and theft with risk survey reports and follow-up Underwriting and claims and I was
awarded a commendation from the company's management (Islamic Insurance Co Sudan) for
completing the tasks assigned to me .
I had a role in making the decision to accept or reject the insurance or give recommendations
before the insurance for fire insuranceand I conducted a risk survey of no less than 300 risks.
- From 2016 to 2019 I have been promoted as a Head of Department Risk Management in Islamic
Insurance Co (Sudan). My job was Study the risks of fire documents, analyze them, give opinions
about them, and write reports, due to that we didn’t receive any notification of claim related
with theserisk covered.
- In January 2019, I move to the Reinsurance Department as Head of Reinsurance Recovery while
keeping the position of HOD Risk Management until now. I have built good relationships with
reinsurers (National Re - Kenya Re - Zep Re (PTA) - Africa Re - Cica Re - Ghana Re .. etc),
further to recover the claims for the XL agreement amount of 6, 000, 000 SDG and for the FAC
reinsurance werecovered the amount of 24, 000, 000 SDG.
