Prepare the following: payment vouchers, journal vouchers, receipt vouchers.
Accurate and timely closing of the books of accounts on monthly basis.
Reporting the month end closing reports with the necessary documents.
Review and maintain the fixed assets register.
Review the monthly bank reconciliation and ensure its accuracy.
Prepare employees salary working and process for the payment approval.
Supervise, train and evaluate the cashier/supporting staff and guide on routine matters.
Review the daily cash collection summary report match with the cash in hand, PDCs and credit card receipts.
Follow up with parents for the collection of outstanding fees and issue notice.
Collecting, cashing and organizing petty cash.
Prepare the adhoc reports as per the management requirement.
Plan, manage, coordinate and implement the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conduct year-end closing process; provides information to financial auditors; conducts standard internal audits of various accounting records.
Maintain the VAT excel sheet on monthly basis and reconcile with the VAT ledgers.
Dealing with students on the Counter to Collect their Tuition Fee and to Solve their Financial Problems
Process Financial Transactions on the Information System (LOGOS, ERP)
Reporting To the Accountant Statement the Collection every Day
Typing letter Request About the Tuition Fee to the student to know the fees that should they pay every semester
