Description of Project :-
The project consists of 2x650 MW supercritical steam thermal power plant for interconnection to the National Unified Power System (NUPS) through the new 500/220 KV GIS Switch yard facility.The participation of many major companies (Such as the United of Allam Sons "UCC" And the Federation of Greek Contractors "CCC" & Orascom Construction Industries and other major Construction companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Duties :-
A) Working as Construction Civil Engineer / Site / Qc / Follow up Sub contractor . at Suez Power Planet El SoKhna Power plant project), Unit 1& 2 - 2 X 650 MW Gas /Oil, Fired Unit. 500 K.v Gas Insulated Switchyard 500 Kv GIS S/S Building "frame concrete Structure", and Main Control Building of station.
B) Supervise and follow up engineering subcontractor or in-house team in preparing detailed construction drawings with fully supporting in technical issues
.
C) Studying and checking the structural design drawings with issuing the required for the missing information, details, and discrepancies with architectural design drawings.
D) Review and checking the workshop drawings (Concrete Dimension, Reinforcement details and bar list) for different structural elements.
E) Coordination, Review of Shop Drawings, Site Remedial Works, following up on the progress of site inspections.
F) Financial saving for the project, while reviewing and assessing structural design inconsistencies and proposing solutions.
G) Evaluated the Calculations and Drawings for the Reinforced Concrete Structure including all concrete structure elements.
H) Evaluated various material submitting, (waterproofing systems, concrete mixes, remedial works Inspection and test plans for various phases, and construction method statements).
I) Answered Requests for Information Issued from the Consultant. These would be in regard to coordination issues, site logistics, site remedial works etc.
Description of Project :-
Integrated urban community within the new planning Cairo on an area of 10 Million square meters to accommodate 200 thousand inhabitants and consists of ten stages each on an area of 220 acres each of which represents an integrated neighborhood and available types of housing: Housing villas and Housing buildings.
Duties :-
A) Working as Construction Engineer at Site in the Construction of Units G1 to G5 Multi Story Building with area from 90 to 190 m2.
B) Responsible to lead and control team of engineers, check and review Construction work activity.
C) Overall site and administrative control of the project.
D) Responsible for monthly monitoring of construction progress via project plan and prepare reports, identification of problems and solutions.
E) Keep the project going forward by quickly responding to issues which can handle and forwarding the more technical issues back to design engineering for resolution.
