1. Full equipped workshop with 52 technicians plus 5 manual lathe machines, 2 CNC machines and shaping machine.
2. All activities of repair and maintenance required to supply the production machines with required parts from mould parts maintaining the tolerance of matching as per working drawings.
3. Full inspection of all new parts with inspection sheets and complete check list for every component according to standard layout.
4. Making complete repair of sets according to production plan with reference to pre-new parts to achieve high performance.
5. Meet required job changes of the production machines according to the monthly production plan.
6. Manufacturing of complete new equipment of spare parts with turning, milling, pantograph and shaping machines according to engineering drawings or available sample.
7. Increase life time of spare parts by applying preventive maintenance techniques to maintain equipment running in best conditions and smooth.
8. Making all monthly consumption reports of all moulds defining all required data.
9. Material and tools required for all activity of mould work shop and all numerical control machines.
10.Cost saving of consumable materials required for equipment maintenance like welding powder and other materials.
Responsible for mould repair workshop.
Supply production machines with enough mould equipment spare parts.
Responsible for mould inspection for job changes and new moulds.
Responsible for all activity of mould shop department.
Manufacturing of new parts by manual machines with aid of numeric control machines CNC machines
Responsible for mould repair
Inspection of running parts of mould equipment on production machines.
Inspection of new moulds receiving from suppliers.
Making complete job changes on production machines.
