Mivida Mall Project (PK#145)
In a land of 116000 Sq. m. Mall will be constructed on 30% of the land with total building area of 108000 Sq. m., the Mall divided into two plot A&B each one consist of Basement for services and internal parking and ground and first level for shopping mall, cinema, food court, kids zone.
Structural system will be using post tension for slabs and steel structure.
The two parts connected at basement level with tunnel and at the first level with steel bridge, Façade will be combined between GRC, curtain wall and stone cladding.
Balance area for external parking, roads and landscape.

Responsibilities:
