• Undertaking staff performance reviews.

• Conducting Trial Trainings to test new Products;
• Responding to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs;
• Designing service procedure manuals;
• Interlinking among all company departments for procedures SOP, catering and safety;
• Quality Assurance, Training Department and Engineering Department;
• Auditing inflight service procedure;
• Auditing inflight product quality;
• Skillfully negotiating with proven experience in a commercial environment.
Inflight Service Management
• Leading and directing cabin activities of the cabin crew;
• Overseeing and coordinating all In-flight sales, reports, and documents;
• Issuing performance appraisals as performed by an In-Flight senior.
