- Market survey, study, and new standards, technology,
and projects proposal
- System design, configuration and technical
specifications
- Prepare, and review of projects scope of work (SOW)
considering KJO, ARAMCO, ITU, CITC and HCIS
Standards and recommendations.
- Project cost estimation
- Tender preparation and submittal
- Perform Site/Performance acceptance test (SAT/PAT)
- Frequency management and optimization
- CITC licenses and invoices management
- Develop and update section policies and procedures
- Systems optimization and integration

 Maintenance & Supervision

- Operation & Maintenance of Fiber optic and Open
transport Network (OTN)
- Operation & Maintenance of Motorola Digital Trunking
Radio System Astro 25
- Maintenance of Vessel traffic (AIS & Radar) system
- Supervise maintenance of Aviation, Marine, NDB,
Offshore data wireless (WiMax & VSAT), and Public
Address & General Alarm (PAGA) systems
- Manage and procure Systems' spare parts
- Prepare Section monthly activities and systems status reports
