• Provide input to tenders BD/Commercial Department in association with the Sales Team. • Delivery of trained, safe, efcient personnel and well maintained equipment to the service lines. • Implement the Company’s QA and HSE Management Systems throughout the department. • Review personal training needs of staff and develop training plans in association with HR Department • Complete personnel performance appraisals, training and developmental plans on an annual basis for direct reporting lines • Implement and enforce the adherence to Group and Company policies and procedures. • Assist with the selection and CAPEX of equipment • Managing eld and base Service staff, technical support personnel, workshop and warehouse activities in a way designed to ensure efciency. • Continuously review operational activities and identify improvement and development opportunities • Co-ordinate, direct and supervise operations. Distribute and delegate work assignments advise staff on present and future requirements. • Issue clear instructions to staff; arrange equipment and logistics necessary for execution of tasks. • Implement QA and QC procedures for all projects in consultation with Department Managers. • Compile and initiate safety related documents and operational issues. • Outline investment requirements and prepare investment budget with the General Manager and Finance Manager • Provide operational information for quarterly reports • Assist in debtor and creditor invoicing where required • Advise General Manager on personnel resource requirements and set out job specications / qualications • Evaluate performance of staff and Approve work reports of staff. • Liaise with department heads regarding recruitment requirements for service staff. • Training provision for department staff • Assist in monthly operation reports • Ensure equipment allocated is in working order and initiates preventive maintenance • Ensure equipment and personnel movements are properly accounted for. • Stimulate the reporting of accidents / incidents. • Ensure action is taken on reported accidents / incidents. • Ensure monthly toolbox meetings for departmental staff. • Evaluate staff on safe working habits during performance appraisal. • Suspend project activities if conditions are unsafe.
