- Support the business development by assessing and developing the organization capabilities to be able to meet the business objectives in terms of training skills and different assessment centers for the people development.
- Work on the company recruitment planes and retain the key talents and high performance.
- Act as organizational development liaison and advisor to Bel NEAR leadership and facilitate HR initiatives across the premises.
- Plan, develop, implement, and administer HR development programs (talent development, talent acquisition, and talent management) for all employees.
- Preside the development and integration of human resource programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
