Lead by example to maximize store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss, capitalize on merchandising opportunities & maintain cost controls. Retain & develop a highly motivated team, ensuring individual, & store compliance with all company policy & procedures, audit, & country law.
Actively use sales information to make business decisions to maximize sales opportunities through commerciality & outstanding customer service.
Support the Store Manager to deliver a highly developed & motivated team,
• Provide clear direction and ensure co-operation between management & store teams.
• Ensure sales team deliver highest possible levels of customer service in store & that this is prioritized at all time to maximize sales.
• Ensure the Store consistently reflects highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping and recovery.
• Ensure shop floor cover is planned to have the right people in the right place at the right time.
• Ensure that Department Managers are well informed of the collection, advertising campaigns, promotions, sales activities & other company projects.
Coach, develop and mentor the store team.
Ensure the highest possible standards of customer service are offered on a daily basis.
Work with lead a department team to maximize sales & reduce loss through actively working on the shop floor, demonstrating & driving excellent customer service. Ensure that associates are highly motivated & developed. Act as Manager in Charge in the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager.
Use sales information to make commercial decisions that will maximize sales & promote outstanding customer service.
