Delivering project excellence through enhancement KPIs (key performance indicator) for assigned accounts during execution, monitoring, controlling and closing.

* Focus on service quality by enhancement of financial and non-financial KPIs using SAP and Integrated project management (IPM) tools. Ensure implementation of services in delivery scope and final site acceptance. Identify, analyze risks, plan and implement risk response actions.
* Sales service support, preparing service offers and analyzing resource and cost requirements.
* Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for demand planning process.

1. Enhancement of major KPIs by 15-25% in one year.
