Monitor and control all Administrative & HR functions; implementation of quality management policy and procedures in coordination with the respective Department Heads and QHSE
•Develop and maintain job description, ofer letters, employment contracts,
•Develop, revise and ensure the implementation of all HR policies and procedures in line with the UAE labor law
•Handle administration of Group Visas, Direct Visas, Leaves, Resignations, End of Service Settlements, Payroll, PRO Activities & Govt Relations
•Supervising the company camps of workforce 10, 000, 2 camp Managers and 5 camp bosses.
•Maintaining documents related to camp stores, laundry, mess, etd…, maintaining records of water tanker and diesel, disposable of sewage water
•Ensure timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all camps supplies and tools and equipment necessary for the operation of the camp facilities
•Determine staf & Labor requirements
•Involved directly with the recruitment and selection process
•Assist with the Oversaw and manage of a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
•Monitored and administrated Employment Visas, Mission & Visit Visas, Leaves, Resignations, End of Service Settlements, Payroll, PRO Activities & Govt Relations.
•Schedule, assign and direct the work of department staf
•Develop standards and procedures for the department in optimizing output
•Maintain liaison and provide advisory support to other departments, divisions, and subsidiary units as required
•Ensure all wages and salary related personnel transactions are administered
•Oversee usage of temporary employment service agencies to ensure continuity of ofice operations while maintaining cost efectiveness
•Preserve all company rental agreements/land, camp ofices, labor camps, assets, housing, etc.
•Plan for the accommodation of staf/labors and make sure all camps are maintained and are in good condition
•Guide and instruct transport manager on future plans, growth and labor tools, transport requirements, etc.
•Supervise all group visas as applied and received promptly
•Coordinate with all department managers and project manager on shortage of staf and labors on site
•Arrange and prepare all medical insurance policies for staf and labors
•Identify and suggest cost reduction plans, Placements, Transfer, Terminations, Manpower Management, Manpower Evaluation and implement all other tasks that may be reasonably requested by management team at any time
•Commit to DSI HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements afecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative ofices
