Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP HCM, UDC Payroll, Success Factors and all other HR Systems which are supported by the HR Systems team and provide advice to HR colleagues and business managers and senior management. ▪ Maintain HR records including organisation units, positions and job changes in line with audit requirements, ensuring both manual and electronic employees’ records are up to date. ▪ Develop and maintain reporting dashboards including creating MI and analytics relating to HR data. ▪ Ensure all HR Systems users are fully trained, identify, and implement changes to improve systems efficiency. ▪ Support the HR Systems and Technology Manager in the design and delivery of ad-hoc projects.

Manage human resources operations.
Develop and execute marketing and business strategies to increase footfall.
Provide advisory service to senior management on developing University strategic plans, policies, procedures, systems and work standards.
Accountable for the Strategic development and oversight of Ajman University talent branding, Emiratisation, Human Capital budget and planning, 360 degree recruitment, Organizational Development and Design, succession planning and Performance Management System.
Implement, monitor and evaluate budgetary activities.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, manuals and templates.
Establish, implement and administer the HRIS "Recruitment, PMS and L&D" modules.
Ensure talent management programs are consistent with University rules and regulations.
Provide advisory service to Senior Management, Deans, faculty members, line managers and staff on HR management issues to ensure effective communication with all staff to maintain transparent working relationships.
Design and develop the competency framework/mapping (Core, leadership, technical and academic).
Lead various projects to provide support on workplace related issues and initiatives.
Develop work Service Level Agreements and Standards Operating Procedures to the entire University.
Act as an HR Business Partner within all associated projects "career fairs, ceremonies..etc.
Contribute to University’s culture through the development, review and promotion of core values.
• Undertake the full range of staff recruitment and selection processes within agreed timeframes, including advice and support to line management, drafting and placing advertisements, drafting interview questions, coordinating candidate interviews and assessments, preparation of selection reports, conducting reference checks, constructing offers of employment.
• Develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate staff induction processes and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Provide advisory and guidance to staff on enquiries about HR policies and procedures.
• Undertake HR projects as required by the Management, including research and preparation of documents review and implementation of recommendations.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with applicants.
• Record staff data into the HR information system as well as in the workflow system in addition to administer the attendance system.
• Coordinate regular meetings with allocated Line Managers and provide HR related support.
• Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, guidelines, procedures and processes which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR services.
• Advise internal and external applicants regarding employment procedures.

• Assist in preparing job analysis reports based on Hay system.
• Undertake HR administrative support and assist in monitoring of HR compliance issues and report them to Supervisor.
• Responsible for updating the university organization chart.
• Deliver International Computer Driving License training sessions to staff.
• Lead events (Exhibitions, seminars, press conferences, sponsorships and other PR events).
• Lease with governmental and private bodies regarding marketing issues.
• Maintain client database to use it for marketing campaigns.
•Networking, Assembling, Troubleshooting, Installation & maintaining "Windows Systems".
